Chef "JP" Lacoste grew up cooking Cajun/Creole cuisine in Louisiana restaurants. He brings a true Southern touch to our classroom with a selection of gourmet comfort foods. Menu: Marinated Louisiana Blue Crab Claws with Creole Mustard Vinaigrette and Shredded Baby Lettuces; Max's Jalapeño Marinated Southern Fried Chicken with Chipotle Honey; Shrimp and Grits with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Scallions, Parsley and Spicy Butter Broth; Crawfish Etouffee. $45

November 17 class will be "Cajun Holiday Dinner and Wine" with Chef JP.
