MAX's Wine Dive opened in San Antonio on October 28, 2010.  The restaurant is located in Quarry Village, between the Quarry market and the golf course.  We're excited to be bringing MAX's unique food and wine experience to San Antonio, and we can't wait for you to join us!

"Fried Chicken and Champagne? Why the Hell Not?"

Designed to be a laid-back and comfortable restaurant, MAX's blends a casual, industrial feel with a top-notch food and wine program.  Serving "gourmet comfort food" and wines from around the world, MAX's mantra is "Fried Chicken and Champagne? Why the Hell Not?"  On any given night, you can find a 20-something sitting at the bar next to a 60-something – each drinking the same Aussie Shiraz with the "Texas Haute Dog" and listening to rockin' tunes from the juke box.

Open until the wee hours of the morning Thursday - Saturday, MAX's shines with its "late night menu" and "Reverse" Happy Hour.  Weekend brunch features fried chicken and pancakes… not to mention some serious mimosas... and our famous "Red Velvet Pancakes."

MAX's also proudly features the Enomatic^R wine dispensing and preservation systems - allowing guests to taste numerous wines which have been stored perfectly and poured at the optimal temperature.  Take a look HERE.
